What I do to reverse Decay…

If you have just arrived at this page without reading any of my previous information I have written, you might be wondering why I recommend this fish oil over ordinary fish oils you can get from the supermarket. If that is the case, I recommend you read a review of this fish oil by clicking here.

I am sure, if you wanted to eat them, you could source your own fresh vegetables/salad. It is a bit silly the idea of having to go online to buy those things. Anyway, by the time they got to you, they wouldn’t be fresh anymore.

What I currently do now to heal tooth decay…

toothbrush

  1. I brush my teeth with toothpaste that has fluoride in it now, but just as an added precaution. I use the toothpaste that has nothing added for extra benefits. I started using a toothpaste that was meant to help with whitening teeth, but it made my teeth turn more yellow, so I went back to the basic toothpaste.
  2. I take 2 fish oil capsule daily which helps prevent anymore tooth decay from forming. It also helps maintain good health. I have a review of this fish oil here.
  3. I eat eggs for breakfast (These eggs are laid by free range chooks as chooks allowed to eat what they want, eg, grass etc, are better for you)
  4. I eat freshly cut, uncooked vegetables and salad such as capsicum, tomato, celery, cucumber and carrots.
  5. I eat fresh fruit as well.vegetables
  6. I also eat steamed broccoli.
  7. I drink ample quantities of milk and even though it is pasteurised, it is from a smaller producer. In areas where grocery stores are the only options for dairy products, then people should use grass-fed, pasteurised products from smaller producers in order to maximise the health benefits gained from consuming them. Remember, cheap milk is cheap for a reason1.

  1. Hi Ruben,

Our modern diets lack some many nutrients that our bodies need. Look at ancient races, they didn’t need to brush their teeth and had no trouble with tooth decay. This was due to the food they ate. The foods were high in fat-soluable vitamins A and D. The foods also contained a substance called activator X, that helped their bodies absorb the nutrients from what they ate.

As our bodies lack these nutrients, we need to do things such as brush our teeth or we will get tooth decay. These fish oil capsules put those vitamins/nutrients back into our teeth that our diet is not doing. I personally use these fish oil capsules to reverse tooth decay and I know this works as I have done it.

If you catch the decay before it starts eating holes in your teeth and start taking thse fish oil capsules, the decay will just disappear but it won’t repair the holes decay has put in your teeth.

  3. Hi Dave

Thank you for sharing this valuable information. I must say (I don't want to give away my age) but I'm almost the only one left in our circle of friends who doesn't have dentures. And with your advice, I'm sure to keep my original teeth for allot longer.

    thank you

    Blessings

    Linda

    • Hi Linda,

You’re welcome. I only wish I had of heard this information before I needed my first filling, but I guess, better late than never. I also have another bit of advice for you. you should head over to the page on my site and buy a copy of the book “Cure Tooth Decay” if you are serious about keeping your original teeth as Ramiel Nagel has put so much information in that book, he has spared nothing in going into absolutely every topic there is to do with tooth decay. I can’t even begin to tell you them here but there is about 221 pages jam packed with information on tooth decay topics. I cannot recommend it enough, as I have owned the book for years and am still learning things from it 🙂

Here is the link to the page where you can buy it and there are a few links, depending on what part of the world you come from 🙂

    • Hi Theresa,

Thanks for your comments on my post. There are several options but they mostly include eggs as eggs that are layed by chooks that are not grain fed but free to wander and eat grass etc, are high in fat-soluble vitamins, which are required in the process of preventing/reversing decay. So eggs are very good for you in this sense but if you don't eat eggs, an option for breakfast is to eat fried or steamed fish. Another option is to eat a reasonably healthy breakfast that minimises products made with white flour and refined sugars or other sweetners, but also includes the fish oil I promote on my site. If you are interested, you can buy it using this link, http://preventingtoothdecay.com/use-what-i-use/, which directs you to a page on my site that allows you to choose different places to buy it from depending on your location. laugh

  4. Hey Dave!

Great article. Like that you are recommending fluoride toothpaste. Sorry to hear you got decay when you stopped using it. I also like the other recommendations as fresh vegetables, milk and vitamins will have a positive impact on overall health. Keep up the great work.

    David
